Ravishing warm and cold appetisers, buffet styled, the great classics of Italian cuisine or the innovated interpretations of classic recipes will be a delight to the tastebuds.
Each dish is special and emphasises the flavours and aromas of Mediterranean cuisine. It all starts with selecting the highly quality ingredients, embracing seasonal and local products.
You are free for lunch however if you prefer to stay poolside, ask for the small menu. The summer lunch is served by the pool or at the bar.
